Our 2018 Rye is double cask finished in Virgin French Oak, before being enriched with Ancient French Brandy, adding richness, mouthfeel, and balance that spirit drinkers seek and deserve. The 30% XO Calvados provides a rich apple profile that perfectly complements the spicy nature of the Rye grain. Our Ancient French Brandies bring layers of complexity and robustness that truly perfect our blend.
1996 Armagnac introduces a bright, mentholated flavor and notes of nutmeg and spice; the award winning 99-point 1973 Armagnac brings stewed fruits with great depth and complexity; 1962 adds a touch of savory with leather, tobacco and old books; a small amount of 1941 brings subtle notes of tea, chocolate and gingerbread; and a drop of 1928 for the Gatsby Era flair that inspired the classic cocktails that this spirit was made to elevate.
