The Story: 15 STARS 14 YO Timeless Reserve is a marriage of both 14 and 15 YO Kentucky bourbons reflecting 15 STARS focus on selectively sourcing aged whiskeys for blending. 15 STARS uses what they call “flavor proofing” to select the proof that in their opinion brings the best out the very best flavors of the whiskey for neat drinking. This release is set at a medium proof of 103. The total release is 1650 bottles with no re-release expected.
15 STARS celebrates Kentucky history. In 1795, Kentucky was recognized as the 15th US state on the historic 15 star and 15 stripe US flag, the second flag of the nation.
